Tip for eyesight tested by thousands!

Respected Hakim Sahab Asalamualaikum! Thousand prayers for you and your team, grateful from the core of my heart and congratulations to all the readers who have this beautiful magazine in our lives, we got something which we deserved!

For eyesight this is my tried and tested tip, presenting to all the readers: 1 teaspoon fennel powder, 1 teaspoon misri, 7 almonds. Take these three at night with one cup of milk. InshaAllah using it for some time will get rid of your glasses.

Other than this, keep pomegranate juice in a glass bottle and keep it in the sun. When it dries use it as a Surma, eyesight will get strong. This tip is experience of not only me but by many others too!

Precautions related to food!

  • Whenever you have a banana, have more than one
  • Many a times we get diarrhea after having lassi made from the yogurt bought from the market.
  • Always have lassi which is thinned properly.
  • Always have watermelon in day time not in the evening or at night. Watermelon rids us of the heat in our body and many other diseases too.
  • Have carrots in the morning and chew them properly. It helps increase eyesight.
  • Similarly, peel off radish at night and hang them in open under the sky for the night. Have it first thing in the morning it is very effective.
  • If you want to have raw milk, have it fresh and warm!
  • Jamun (black plum) is a very good thing. It helps digest the toughest of foods; it helps make Iron in the body. One should have it with salt but patients with hypertension should have it without salt.
  • Gandalon ka saag is an amazing thing; it contains vitamins which give energy and strength to the body. It relieves constipation.
  • If you chew ispaghol it becomes poison for the body. It should be swallowed as it is.
  • Drinking tea below 45 years is hazardous for health
  • Every seasonal vegetable and variety of fruits are a good news for health. Having one or two and leaving the others totally is not good for health!
  • Having fruits after food is extremely healthy.
  • Have milk sip by sip, it is digested better and quickly this way.
  • One shouldn’t lie down after having milk. If we have to, then lie down on your right. After drinking water, you should lie down on your left. Do not have sawayyan (sweet) before going to sleep there are chances of death occurring from it. (Sanjeeda Sherwaani, Mandi Bahauddin)
